Guided Tour of the 9/11 Memorial

9/11 Community Volunteers lead you on a Walking Tour of the 9/11 Memorial and share insight on the history of 9/11, the memorial pools, the survivor tree and the rebuilding of lower Manhattan. 

You'll hear from our survivors, rescue and recovery workers, family members, civilian volunteers and Lower Manhattan residents, as they share their experiences during and after the attacks.

The 9/11 Tribute Museum offers authentic stories from those who directly experienced the events of 9/11, factual information about the events, the unprecedented rescue and recovery operations and the rebuilding of both Lower Manhattan and of people’s lives.

Discover the tremendous spirit of resilience and service that arose after the attacks, and honor the legacy of that spirit through volunteerism and acts of kindness in your community.
